Guests 12 years and older are considered adults.

Security deposit will be charged upon check-in and will be refunded within 14 business days after departure. In case there is any damage, the security deposit will not be refunded or will be partially refunded.

The property is independently operated by an individual owner and does not have a proper reception area. Guests must attend an organized meet-and-greet session to receive keys and further contact details regarding the property.

Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property prior to arrival.

Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.

An additional fee of RM 100 is applicable for guests checking in from 21:00 onwards.
